“The Angry Bull”
Heber’s City’s Historic Dining Saloon
Take the spirit of the saloons from the frontier days from the wild west and combine it with mom's country cooking , and you’ll have a hankering for the Angry Bull Saloon located at Heber City's historic Old Town.
Boots, buckles and denim are the usual décor, but the barkeeps will serve the regular folks as well. You’ll find comfort food on the menu and see it being enjoyed while sitting at the original 1800's bar (Utah oldest still in operation). Let the Angry Bull's staff welcome you and serve you with a smile!
Heber City is a historic western town dating back to the mid 1800's. With its close proximity to Park City, Salt Lake's Oquirrh and Unita Mountain mines, the area was dotted with many old saloons and dance halls, none that exist today, except for our original building on Heber City's old town Main Street. In fact, The Angry Bull enjoys the historic status of having the oldest bar built in Utah (1881) still in operation within the state.
Officially recognized on the National Registry of Historical Places, our cowboy-themed venue reflects our history as the county's gatherin' spot and waterin' hole.
Combining Wasatch County's history and its current western lifestyle, The Angry Bull has created a unique dining experience where locals and tourists feel right at home.
